Delete my data

Permanently erase your result, history and unlock state from this device. If you're signed in, this also deletes your account and every result saved to it, along with Plus if you bought it. This cannot be undone.

Submit a data rights request

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA you can ask us to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold. Submit a request below and we will verify your identity and respond within the legally required timeframe (generally 30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).

Rights you have

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold; receive it in a portable format; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and, under CCPA/CPRA, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law, generally 30 days under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA, and will let you know if we need more time.

Identity verification

To protect your data, we verify your identity before fulfilling a request, typically by confirming control of the email associated with your account. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
