nomotype offers a personality assessment and related self-improvement tools, reports, and resources for personal insight, education, and entertainment. It is not a medical device, clinical tool, or professional service.

nomotype does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health or mental-health concerns, and see our Disclaimer for the full statement.

You are solely responsible for how you use nomotype and any decisions you make based on it. The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Use nomotype for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Rely on results or tools as a substitute for professional care.

Nomotype Plus is an optional one-time purchase that adds a PDF report, a compatibility check and a 30-day growth plan. The test and the full report stay free (the full report needs a free account). Plus is tied to the account you bought it with, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Not happy with Plus? Email hello@nomotype.com within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. Deleting your account also removes Plus from it.

nomotype is still evolving. Features, tools and pricing may change, pause or be removed. If you bought Plus, you keep access to what it included.

The nomotype name, logo, content, and design are owned by nomotype or its licensors. “Myers-Briggs” and “MBTI” are trademarks of their respective owners; this independent tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nomotype and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
